11. In the event of a 10 year storm, where rain would sheet flow down the hill side, we will <br />construct two retention ponds that would collect any sediment that would be contained in <br />the run-off. <br />12. As per our conversation on February 03, 2009, at the Meadow Hollow Quarry site we <br />will not be using straw or fertilizer in the reclamation of this site. <br />13. Reclamation costs: <br />The estimated cost of the Reclamation plan would be if the Division were to go out and <br />hire an independent contractor. <br />These costs are on a per acre schedule as follows;
