c.) The 10 acres used as the number that will be scarified are explained in the <br />item above. This is an estimated number based upon field experience in <br />other similar gravel pits. <br />d.) No structures or permanent facilities will be constructed on the site for mining <br />and processing of materials, such as shops, conveyor systems, trailers, plants, etc. all of <br />the processing facilities will be mobile and will not require any permanent type <br />foundation such as concrete or other material that would have to be demolished and <br />remove off site after mining is completed. Everything used on site will be removed <br />without having to be demolished. All of the components will be dismantled, moved and <br />hauled off site to be used at other locations, everything is portable.
