Section 2.03.12 <br />As previously noted in Section 2.03.4(9), Oxbow Carbon & Minerals, Inc. filed an application <br />on October 2, 1997 for assignment of Federal Coal Lease COC-53510 to Oxbow Mining, <br />Inc. as its successor in interest. The lease assignment was issued by the Bureau of Land <br />Management effective January 1, 1998. A lease modification application was filed with the <br />Bureau of Land Management on October 29, 1999, and was issued on January 1, 2000. The <br />above-designed lands include the lease modification. <br />Initial Federal Coal Lease COC-61357, awarded to Oxbow Mining, LLC. by competitive lease <br />sale on May 31, 2000 for the Elk Creek Tract, dated effective March 1, 2001. <br />T. 12 S..
