After the conference, the Pre-hearing Conference Officer shall cause to be drafted a Pre-hearing Order. <br />The Pre-hearing Order will be mailed to all parties within 10 working days after the conference and will <br />contain a list of the parties, provide a recommended list of issues to be considered by the Board, and <br />outline a schedule for the hearing with time allotments set for presentations by each party and the Office. <br />The conditions of the Pre-hearing Oder are not final until adopted or approved by the Board at the <br />Formal Board Hearing. Any party has the right to file a motion to the Board to review any decision of <br />the Pre-hearing Conference Officer according to the provisions of Rule 2.6(1) of the Minerals Rules and <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Construction Materials, promulgated <br />October, 1995, amended August, 2006. <br />Failure to participate in the Pre-hearing Conference will result in the loss of your party status. <br />In addition to the Pre-hearing Conference and the Formal Public Hearing, an Informational Meeting has <br />been scheduled to occur on February 12, 2009, beginning at 2:00 pm at the Centennial Building, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Room 221, Denver, Colorado 80203. The purpose of this meeting is to inform parties <br />about the DRMS permitting process and give parties a chance to question staff about any issues they <br />may have regarding the Pre-hearing Conference, the Formal Public Hearing or the permitting process. If <br />you are unable to attend the informational meeting in person, you may participate via telephone.
