A drainage filter will be installed at the downstream toe of the embank-
- ment. The filter will be five feet in depth and ex-terd laterally in
each direction to elevation 6,300. A toe drain pipe will be placed in
the toe cut. The pipe vrill be six inch diameter plastic pipe with
1/4 inch pericratiens. The pipe will be separated at the principal spill-
vray at which point the end of each pipe will have a six inch diameter
drain pipe. The discharge pipes vrill exit near the principal spillway
outlet. The upper end of the drain pipes will be capped and discharge
• pipes will be accessible fcr inspection.
