The Permit Revision 03 application is found to be complete in regards to this Rule. <br />Questions regarding technical adequacy may be necessary. <br />One last general comment. Temporary storage of spoil is proposed on slopes that Colowyo clearly <br />states are subject to steep slope mining rules. If backfill on steep slopes is subject to a 1.3 safety factor <br />(SF), I think the temporary spoil piles should also be subject to the 1.3 SF requirement as the pile will <br />be present for many years.
