6.0 DISCUSSION & RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BOND RELEASE STANDARDS
Given the current "on-hold status of. permitting this section 'has,. been, left,
undeveloped. It, would necessarily require close coordination with the
reclamation- and "revegetation planning effort. It is, anticipated that in the
interim until permitting is re-initiated, many of the concepts: and programs
that would be developed here will be developed for the existing operations
and can simply be transferred over when permitting is re-initiated. In the
interim, a memo developed by Mr. Steven R. Viert of Cedar Creek Associates,
Inc. to the project staff at the time is included following the Literature Cited
Section in it's entirety for informational purposes.
