IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and
date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of
violations cited during previous inspections.
The Division had issued NOV CV2008-006 for implementation of a minor revision prior to receiving
final approval from DRMS on December 9, 2008. DRMS terminated NOV-CV2008-006 upon
completion of compliance steps by TCC. DRMS has conducted sent the Notice and Order to pay to
TCC.
No new enforcement actions were taken as a result of this inspection.
