There have been past complaints about coal <br />falling off haul trucks that operate on Highway 133. The CDMG has <br />attributed material on the road surface to sanding operations. The <br />Division makes monthly visits to the mine and requires road <br />clearing if related mining material is noted on the road surface. <br />6. However, in a phone <br />conversation between Planner Westbay and CDMG representative Tony <br />Waldarn (21-8-94), it was noted that if the Division determines <br />that mass movement may be a problem monitoring will be required. <br />If problems occur mitigation will be required and supervised by the <br />CDMG. Mitigation measures are dependent upon site specific <br />conditions and degree of impact. <br />11.
