Refer to 2.04.7(ii) for discussion of this drainage related to <br />subsidence. No impact of this drainage is anticipated. A worst case consideration <br />would be cracks in the scoured stream bed that would lessen discharge into Hubbard <br />Creek in heavy runoff periods or occasional torrential rains when overflow problem- <br />would exist on lower portions of Hubbard Creek. <br />U.S. Steel is mining directly below the Blue Ribbon Mine affected area and <br />has found no reason to be concerned about subsidence in this area although subsidence <br />control measures have been proposed in a different area where structures or renewable <br />resource lands apparently do exist. <br />• <br /> <br />125 (Rev. 4-16-82) <br />
