It produces coal from the "E" seam which has an average thickness <br />of six feet and has an analysis as follows: <br />Ash 7.OX <br />. Sulfur .SX <br />Volatile Matter 36.SX <br />Fixed Carbon 56X <br />Btu 12,300 <br />Grindability 54 <br />Ash Fusion Temperature 2330°F <br />The Blue Ribbon Mine is located on a bench that was excavated to provide <br />safe access for the working facility.
