This well will be plugged at the conclusion of mining <br />operations per the cross section on page 116, Plate 17. <br />The Blue Ribbon Mine will comply with sll rules and <br />regulations of the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act. A <br />fugitive Dust Permit, C-12, 411 (FD), was obtained then was sub- <br />sequently canceled by Blue Ribbon Coal Company after the mine was <br />reclaimed. An NPDES Permit (CO-033553) for water discharge was <br />also obtained.
