8) The reclamation bond calculation has been updated to reflect the corrected acreages and <br />values. (Exhibit L) <br />In addition to addressing adequacy issues, the reclamation plan has been modified to provide a more <br />aesthetically pleasing lake design at the request of Rio Blanco County. <br />Attached to this letter you will find fully updated copies of the permit text and maps that were <br />corrected in accordance with the adequacy review.
