Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />As requested by Bowie Resources LLC, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />(Division) has modified the Permit Renewal No. 5 (RN-5) summary sheets to include the following <br />clarification: <br />NOTE: Based on the statutory requirements of Rule 3, the Division is required to retain an <br />additional $501,4 79. 00 in bond monies.
