Why was only 10 acres used as the number acres that was to be scarified? <br />d.) Please indicate what the average haul distance will be from the topsoil and overburden <br />stockpiles to where they will be spread for reclamation. What will be the average grade <br />this haul route? <br />e.) If any structures or facilities will be constructed on the site for the mining and <br />processing of the material, such as shops, conveyer systems, trailers, plants, etc. the <br />Division will need to know their dimensions and type and thickness of material they are <br />built on. These structures will also need to be displayed on the mine plan map in <br />EXHIBIT C. <br />6.4.16 EXHIBIT P - Municipalities Within Two Miles <br />1.) Please give the address of the General Office for the Municipality of Weston, Colorado. <br />6.4.19 EXHIBIT S - Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />1.) In regards to the gas wells and lines owned by Pioneer Natural Resources USA, Inc. It <br />appears that a draft agreement has been submitted with the application and that the gas company <br />is in the process of signing the agreement. Please commit to not mining within 200 feet of the gas <br />lines and wells until the damage agreement has been signed and notarized by both parties. Or, <br />submit the signed agreement prior to the decision date for this application. <br />This concludes the Division's preliminary adequacy review of this application. Please remember <br />that the decision date for this application is February 14`h, 2008. As previously mentioned if you <br />are unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to this date, it will be your <br />responsibility to request an extension of time to allow for continued review of this <br />application. If there are still unresolved issues when the decision date arrives and no extension <br />has been requested, the application will be denied.
