<br />Postmine Channel YPM-21. The proposed decision to approve was issued on September 27,

<br />• Technical Revision R-36~, submitted August 16, 2007, provided design for proposed
<br />Sediment Pond 012A and Postmine Channel TRM design. This TR is still under review.
<br />• Phase I Bond Release (Part 2~Application submitted on August 31, 2007, requested
<br />$1,365,000 on 515.8 acres. Still under review.
