Stover and Associates' Letter t}EC 1 z 2008 <br />Redcliff Mine (Permit No. C-2008-086) MAstoc, of netaamatlon. <br />New Permit Application Mining and Safety <br />Dear Mr. Boulay: <br />The Division of Water Resources has reviewed the letter, dated November 18, 2008, <br />from J.E. Stover & Associates, Inc. for the Redcliff Mine (Permit No. C-2008-086), New <br />Permit Application. According to information provided, the applicant intends to pump <br />approximately 50 gallon per minute of water from the mine. This will require that the <br />applicant either obtain a dewatering permit from this office or demonstrate that the <br />groundwater is non-tributary as defined in CRS 37-90-103 (10.5).
