We are satisfied with the legitimate reason <br />for the reclamation. There are one or two things we would like to suggest. <br />Mr. Collister got his title to his totality of lands in Teller County from the tax sale <br />on January 14 1963. He has only had three transactions in which he has been involved <br />with in the intervening years as follows: <br />1. He sold only the surface of his land in the Deadwood Mining Claim to <br />the current operator of the mine and kept the minerals to himself. <br />2. He wrote two leases on minerals for the following: First lease, on <br />January 1, 1987 between himself and David L. Nicholson and Robert <br />W. Beal for The Atlantic Lode mining claim M.S. 8916 and Louisville <br />Lode mining claim M.S.9135 both located in Sec 12 Township 15 <br />South, Range 70 west of the Oh PM Teller County, CO. Second lease, <br />on the January 1, 1987 between David L. Nicholson and Robert W. <br />Beal for Argonaut, Idlewdd, Ivy, Corsair, Mosca, Oasis MS 10777 <br />Sec. 6 & 7, Township 15 R 69. Comstock, Kerney M.S. 8850 Sec. 7 <br />& 8, Township 15R69W. Lode Mining Claims, Teller County, <br />Colorado <br />We noticed that, these two leases, were never made effective by lessees. <br />Mr. Collister does not have much hard rock experience therefore he relies on <br />Red 357
