Conrad is the wildlife officer for the Fort Garland area. He <br />stated that no site inspection is required at this time. <br />a. There are no significant wildlife resources on or near the property. The only <br />wildlife present would be an occasional jack rabbit, field mice and non-game <br />birds. Wildlife grazing is not favored by the property owners. <br />b. There is no seasonal use of the area <br />c. There are no threatened or endangered species on the affected lands <br />d. During this operation, no loss of habitat will affect any animals. This operation <br />will not affect migratory routes of birds. There will be no changes on wildlife <br />from the increased human activity or from the noise.
