Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed the review process for the above <br />referenced Technical Revision and determined that Mountain Park Concrete, Inc. has met the <br />requirements for a 110c Technical Revision under the Rules and Act. Staff is pleased to inform <br />Mountain Park Concrete, Inc. that the technical revision is approved. <br />The reclamation liability is calculated to be $44,787.00 and rounded off to $45,000.00. Mountain Park <br />Concrete, Inc. must submit and have accepted the Financial Warranty for the technical revision to the <br />permit to become active. The construction of the water clarification plant may not occur until the <br />warranties are in place and all other necessary local, state and federal permits (if required) are approved <br />and in place.
