Paragraph C of this Resolution states: "This Mining Develoinnent Plan is conditioned on submittal, and operations in the below described North Cresson Mine Area are conditioned on submittal and approval, of an alrplrc•ation fair an Amendment of a Mining Develolmient Plan under and pursuant to Section 8.C. of the CCMOD Regulations, revising only the proposed "high wall, " ?t-hich amendment must satisfi, Standard number 7.A.6, Visual Resources. Further, airy revisions to the proposed "high wall " shall he included in the Applicants submittal to the State, which should include financial warranties that insure completion of the "high wall " remediation, and copies of'.such submittal to the State, along witli all other Submittal Requirements in Section 3.1).1, shall be included with the application to Teller C ounti,.
