The permit area is further <br />described as follows: <br />Mine site: Portions of Sections 27, 28, 29, T7S, R102W, 6th P.M., all in Garfield County. <br />Rail Loadout: Portions of Section 34, T2N, R3 W, Ute PM, in Mesa County. <br />Portions of Section 3, TIN, R3W, Ute PM, in Mesa County. <br />Copies of the renewal application are available for public review in the Division offices at the <br />81501 addres ,tas <br />well as at the Division's Grand Junction office (101 South 3rd, Suite 301, Grand Junction, CO , and at <br />Mesa County Clerk and Recorder.
