IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br /> The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and <br /> date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of <br /> violations cited during previous inspections. <br /> NOV CV2008-006 was issued for implementation of a minor revision prior to receiving final approval from DBMS. <br /> On 12/4/2008 TCC submitted MR233 to the Division. DRMS determined MR233 incomplete on 12/8/2008. At the <br /> time the inspector arrived at the mine site,TCC had already initiated salvage of topsoil and construction of a clay <br /> stockpile on OSP#1. Drainage from the disturbance was routed to the drainage benches on the OSP#l,then to <br /> RDA-I e ditch, and ultimately to Pond D. The permanent roadway had been widened to approximately 30 feet wide <br /> to allow two-way scraper traffic. Three scrapers were actively transporting clay material to the top of OSP#1.
