PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS 1 The Division has reviewed the current cost of reclamation at $126,966. Therefore, the existing $39,244 financial warranty appears insufficient to ensure reclamation. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Pursuant to Rule 4.2.1(2), within 60 days of the signature date of this report, by February 9, 2009, submit $87,722 additional financial warranty to total not less than $126,966, or complete portions of the reclamation plan necessary to ensure the sufficiency of the existing $39,244 financial warranty.
