Therefore, the existing $39,244 financial warranty appears insufficient to ensure reclamation. Pursuant
to Rule 4.2.1(2), the Permittee has 60 days from the signature date of this report, by February 9, 2009, to
either submit $87,722 additional financial warranty to total not less than $126,966, or complete portions
of the reclamation plan necessary to ensure the sufficiency of the existing $39,244 financial warranty.
Please be aware that annual reports always require a map of current site conditions, regardless of
whether any disturbance has occurred during the report year.
