<br />AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE <br />TEMPLETON IRRIGATION DITCH <br />Lake County, Colorado, located at 505 Harrison Avenue, PO Box 964, Leadville, <br />Colorado 80461, Conducts mining operations at the end of County Road I IA. <br />Lake County is expanding its mining operations to include an area of <br />approximately 80 acres located in Section 7, of Township 10 south, range 80 west of the <br />6 principal meridian. <br />The proposed permit area for the mining of aggregate will include the area where <br />the Templeton irrigation ditch runs through Lake County Property. <br />Lake County is expanding mining operations to the west of the current pit" towards <br />the ditch. Lake County will protect the ditch and water flows through the property. If <br />mining operations should disturb the ditch or impact the water flows through the ditch, <br />Lake County will provide for movement of the ditch to maintain water flows.
