Cattany <br />i <br />i <br /> <br />Mining and Safety vis <br />D <br />on Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Blue Pit, 112 TR-06 Permit No. M-1981-207, Approval. <br />Dear Mr. Roberts: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed the review process for the above <br />referenced Technical Revision and determined that Western Slope Aggregates has met the requirements <br />for a 112 Technical Revision under the Rules and Act. Staff is pleased to inform Western Slope <br />Aggregates that the technical revision is approved. <br />The agreed upon reclamation liability is calculated to be $306,892.00 and rounded off to 307,000.00. <br />Written acceptance of the reclamation liability has been received by the Division via e-mail. Western <br />Slope Aggregates must submit and have accepted both a Financial and Performance Warranty for the <br />technical revision to the permit to become active. The construction of the new concrete plant may not <br />occur until the warranties are in place and all other necessary local, state and federal permits (if <br />required) are approved and in place.
