The removal of the concrete plant will facilitate backfill <br />reclamation of the highwall to the east at 2.5H:1V, as proposed in the current <br />reclamation plan. <br />This letter is submitted with the goal of establishing dear expectations for the purpose of <br />documenting and bonding the M-1981-207 permit.
