The column that is bolded shows the pounds Pure Live Seed for each <br />species that is needed to be applied for each acre. <br />The seed will be accompanied by an official seed analysis report that provides documentation to <br />show no noxious weed seed per Colorado State weed law and more than 0.5% other weed seed. <br />The seed documents will be one of the following, a certified Blue Tag, an independent seed lab <br />test, or a seed lab analysis supplied by the vendor. <br />(c) A weed survey was conducted in October 2008 and described in Appendix F - Wildlife. <br />Best management practices will be observed to minimize the occurrence and spread of noxious <br />weeds including: <br />Weed surveys will be made of the permit area each spring <br />If noxious weeds are identified, they will be sprayed with methods and chemicals <br />approved by the weed control staff of Montrose County. <br />After reclamation, weed surveys and spraying will continue until the perennial cover and <br />production of the site have met State requirements and the bond release has been <br />obtained. <br />Monogram Mine - November 2008 <br />E-3
