• PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Pursuant to the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board, notice is given that Ready Mixed Concrete Company <br />DBA Ready Mixed Aggregates, Inc., located at 14585 Brighton Road, Brighton, <br />Colorado 80601, phone (303) 668-1751, has filed a Construction Materials Regular (112) <br />Operation Reclamation Permit Application with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety under the provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the <br />extraction of construction materials, AKA sand and gravel. The site, known as Morton <br />Lakes, is located in the southeast quarter of Section 1 and the northeast quarter of Section <br />12 all in Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Weld <br />County, Colorado. The proposed future use of the land is wildlife habitat and developed <br />water storage. <br />Additional information and a tentative decision date may be obtained from the <br />• Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety Minerals and Geology (DRMS) at <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203, phone (303) 866-3567. Information <br />is also available from the applicant's representative at (303) 444-6602. A copy of the <br />Reclamation Permit Application is available for inspection at the Office of the Clerk to <br />the Board of Weld County Commissioners at 915 l Om Street Greeley, Colorado 80631. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the DRMS no later than, <br />2009, by 4:00 p.m. <br />Please note that under the provisions of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et sew. Comments <br />related to noise, truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property <br />values and the like are issues not subject to the jurisdiction of the DRMS.
