Pursuant to the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations of the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Board, notice is given that Ready Mixed Concrete Company
DBA Ready Mixed Aggregates, Inc., located at 14585 Brighton Road, Brighton,
Colorado 80601, phone [phone], has filed a Construction Materials Regular (112)
Operation Reclamation Permit Application with the Colorado Division of Reclamation,
Mining and Safety under the provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the
extraction of construction materials, AKA sand and gravel. The site, known as Morton
Lakes, is located in the southeast quarter of Section 1 and the northeast quarter of Section
12 all in Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Weld
County, Colorado. The proposed future use of the land is wildlife habitat and developed
water storage.

Comments must be in writing and must be received by the DRMS no later than,
2009, by 4:00 p.m.

related to noise, truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property
values and the like are issues not subject to the jurisdiction of the DRMS. These subjects,
and similar ones, are typically addressed by local government rather than the State of
Colorado DRMS.
