• <br />December 2008 <br />Dear Neighbor: <br />The enclosed Public Notice and aerial photograph (Exhibit C-3) is being sent to <br />you because your property is within 200 feet of the boundary of Ready Mixed Concrete <br />Company's (RMCC) proposed sand and gravel mining operation known as Morton <br />Lakes, which is located on the south side of Colorado Highway 52, west of Colorado <br />Highway 85. The location of the subject property is further described as part of the <br />southeast one quarter of Section 1, and part of the northeast one quarter of Section 12, <br />Township 1 North, Range 67 West in Weld County, Colorado. RMCC has filed a <br />Construction Materials Regular (112) Operation Reclamation Permit Application with the <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.
