M-2001-107 <br />Pg. 3 <br />Rule 6.4.19 Exhibit S - Permanent Man-made Structures <br />(1) In accordance with Rule 6.4.19(a) for permanent man-made structures, please provide copies of the final <br />executed and notarized agreements pertaining to the oil & gas infrastructure at the site. <br />Letters of Objection/Concern <br />1) The State Engineer's Office has advised Applicant that the current substitute water supply plan (SWSP) is valid <br />through December 31, 2007, and that the SWSP renewal must cover all depletions that will result from the <br />expanded operation. A copy of this correspondence is attached with this letter. <br />2) The Colorado Division of Wildlife provided a letter of comment with several recommendations on mitigating the <br />impacts to wildlife in the area of the operation. A copy of the letter is attached. <br />3) DRMS received a letter from Mr. William Gee, an adjacent landowner, dated Nov. 1, 2007, clarifying that he <br />does not wish to be an official objector to the Amendment Application. A copy of the letter is attached. No <br />additional action on the part of the Applicant is required. <br />Because the Division is required to provide an approval or denial decision on this application by November 26, 2007, <br />your timely response is appreciated. Alternatively, if you need more time to reply, the Division can grant an extension to <br />the decision date. This will be done upon receipt by the deadline date of November 26, 2007, of a written waiver of your <br />right to a decision and request for additional time.
