Reclamation Plan Map must include depths of overburden and topsoil to be replaced. <br />Notes on depths of overburden and topsoil have been added to the Reclamation Plan Map. <br />All maps should be signed by the person who prepared them. <br />Maps have been signed and copies are attached. <br />6.3.6 EXHIBIT F - List of Other Permits and Licenses Required <br />One agency that you may also want to contact is the Water Quality Control Division of the Colorado <br />Department of Health and Environment to determine whether or not you will be required to obtain <br />stormwater permits for your site. <br />The Water Quality Control Division has been contacted regarding stormwater permit requirements. <br />6.3.12 EXHBIT L - Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />Permanent man-made structures includes any fences, utilities, roads, etc. that are within 200' of the <br />proposed permit boundary. It appears that at least CR 44 is within this distance. Please revise this <br />section and the appropriate maps to include all permanent man-made structures and their owners. <br />No additional man-made structures exist aside from Co. Rd. 44. The pit boundary wilt be moved to keep <br />it at least 200' from the Co Rd. 44 right-of-way. <br />Other Items <br />Proof of publication <br />A copy of the proof of publication is attached Also included are proofs of notification to adjoining <br />landowners. <br />This concludes our responses to your adequacy review.
