Responses are hereby given to each of the issues <br />requesting additional information or clarification. The original request has been quoted. The response <br />is then provided in italics. <br />6.3.1 EXHIBIT A - Legal Description and Location <br />A copy of each map used as an exhibit is enclosed and signed. <br />6.3.2 EXHIBIT B - Site Description <br />Section a) A better description of the species of grasses currently present and an estimate of the <br />percent of cover they represent on the site should be provided. <br />The species of grasses established when the site was enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program are <br />shown on the attached grass seeding plan date January 6, 2006 The current cover is good. I would <br />estimate that there is a minimum of 70% ground cover. Some weeds are included in that cover. <br />Section b) Permanent man made structures includes any fences, utilities, roads, etc. that are <br />within 200' of the proposed permit boundary. It appears that at least CR 44 is within this distance. <br />Please revise this section to include all permanent man-made structures and their owners. This is also <br />required in other areas of the permit and mapping. <br />The pit boundaries, as originally submitted, did fie within 200' of Co. Rd. 44. The boundaries will be <br />adjusted so that the northern boundary of the pit is 230'south of the centerline of Co. Rd. 44. This will <br />1
