However, staff will <br />calculate an estimate after the review is completed. <br />6.4.13 - Exhibit M, Other Permits: Corp of Engineers comments are to be addressed. <br />6.4.14 - Exhibit N Source of Legal Right to Enter appears to be acceptable <br />6.4.15 - Exhibit O, Owners of Record: is adequate. <br />6.4.16 - Exhibit P, Municipalities within 2 miles is acceptable. <br />6.4.17 - Exhibit Q, Proof of Notice to County Board and Soil Conservation is acceptable. <br />6.4.18 - Exhibit R, Proof of Filing with County Clerk is acceptable. <br />6.4.19 - Exhibit S, Permanent Man-made structures are identified and adequate <br />Rule 6.5: Geotechnical Stability Exhibit: While historical stability is certainly a factor no <br />houses are within 25 feet of the highwalls noted. Please provide more in depth geo- <br />stability analysis or move set backs 200 feet from the house. <br />This review is preliminary as noted. Responses to the Division's questions may raise <br />more issues that need additional information to resolve. Please note if the notices are <br />done in error, the time frame for comments starts anew. As noted the initial Decision <br />Date is set for December 23, 2008. If all issues have not been addressed by that date, the <br />applicant may submit an extension request to the Division to allow additional review <br />time.
