In acoardariee with procadurps tatitlined in 30 CFR <br />~t]fi.30, Appendix B, the Forest $eryIC9 reviewed the Technical Revision far past-mining <br />laryd use cansistet~cy with land use plan (GMUG t=ara$t PIanJ, and the adequacy of <br />measures to protect nori-mirreral srlrfaGQ resources, as proposed by ~~wle in their <br />application. <br />According to Bt>v41e's Ivtlrie Kermit and associated Map 13, #hA pos#-mining land use is <br />"Rangefanti ~ Wildlife Habitat", This is oorrslstent with the Forebl Plan; however the Plan <br />speGifioally prescribes managing this area far wildlife habitat with an er~iahasls an ForBSt <br />Sorvice Management Indicator Species •(MIS}.
