In the SEDCAD runs please identify culverts and ditches with the same culvert <br />numbering system and ditch names as used on Map King II-007A (or provide a <br />list that cross-references culverts and ditches between the SEDCAD runs and the <br />map). <br />c. Please include a SEDCAD run for the pond for a 25-year, 24-hour storm. <br />d. Please include 10-year, 24 hour SEDCAD runs for the East and West Clear Water <br />Ditches. <br />e. Please include for all ditches an evalution of peak flow velocity which indicates <br />whether or not channel liner is needed for maintaining erosional stability. If <br />channel liner is needed, please indicate the minimum specifications for the liner. <br />4. Appendix 10. <br />a. Please state in the certification for the haul road and access roads whether or not <br />the plans and drawings meet: a) the requirements of Rule 2.05.3; b) current, <br />prudent engineering practices; and c) the design criteria of Rules 4.03.1 and <br />4.03.2. [2.05.3(3)(vii)] <br />5.
