Storage of biosolids of <br /> fourteen percent or greater solids content may be undertaken without additional approval by the Department subject to the <br /> requirements of sections 4.9.13.0 of the Biosolids Regulation. Storage of biosolids of less than fourteen percent solids <br /> content must be approved by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control Division. <br /> II.E Reporting <br /> The permittees may jointly submit a single annual Self-Monitoring report describing activities at the site. Those permittees <br /> whose entire annual biosolids productions is utilized on the site must also supply a letter either with the annual Self- <br /> Monitoring Report, or under separate cover, notifying the Division of that fact. Those permittees who also use or dispose <br /> of biosolids though other use/disposal options, or at other application sites, will be required to submit a separate annual Self- <br /> Monitoring Report describing those activities. <br />
