The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />?1. No permit sign was posted at the entrance to the mine site. Rule 3.1.12 (1)states that the <br />Operator shall post a sign at the entrance to the mine site which shall be clearly visible <br />from the access road. The sign shall include the name of the Operator, a statement that a <br />reclamation permit has been issued by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, and <br />the permit number. <br />The Operator shall post as sign at the entrance to the mine site which shall be clearly visible <br />from the access road. The sign must be posted on or before December 12, 2008 and proof of <br />compliance must be submitted to the Division by the some date. Proof of compliance may <br />be in the form of a photograph. <br />J2. Russian-olive trees were observed along the perimeter of all of the ponds, except for the <br />northwest pond. The presence of this noxious weed species requires the implementation of <br />weed control methods pursuant to Rule 3.1.10(6) <br />The Operator shall remove the Russian-olive trees from the site. The noxious weeds must be <br />removed from the site on or before December 31, 2008. The Division will inspect the site to confirm <br />compliance with the corrective action.
