The Division's comments are italicized and MCC's responses are bolded.
1. The right-of-entry requirement (2.03.6(1)) will be satisfied upon implementation of the USES
decision to approve the proposed work, as set forth in their decision issued November 8, 2007
regarding the EIS titled "Deer Creek Shaft and E Seam Methane Drainage Wells Project
which is subject to an appeal period.
MCC is aware of the appeal period.
2. Please add to the submittal a print-011t of the input and output data that were used for
generating the profile of the slope stability analysis for the well pad.
MCC initially completed the input and output data for TR-101, and includes the
information with the attached TR-111 Responses.
3. The revision in which exact well and road locations will be identified may need to be a
Technical (rather than Minor) Revision, depending on road and pad designs.
MCC with USFS personnel may need to field-fit some of the low-volume roads (USFS)
within the corridors assigned.
4. Please resolve the following comments that DRMS received from the USFS.
a) On page 7, under Proposed Low-volume Road and In regress, MCC should recognize
that except for mobilization/demobilization of the drill rig, low-boy for heavy equipment, and
other large equipment, all project traffic (including contractor traffic) will be utilizing the
Sylvester Gulch Road.
