4. Topsoil Thicknesses <br />Topsoil was replaced in accordance with the existing reclamation plan. Details are shown on <br />Map R-4. Sampling was completed by Western Fuels. <br />5. Final Topography and Drainage Patterns <br />The final topography of the original site has been reclaimed to suitable contours in line with <br />the post-mine land uses. The enclosed Map R-1 shows this topography, and Map R-3 shows <br />cross sections of the Phase 1 areas. Most of the release areas drain to the southwest, with the <br />exception of parts of Area 1 Phase 1 which drain to the north. In general, pre-mine drainage <br />patterns have been maintained in the post-mine topography. <br />29
