Irrigated pasture erosion is reduced by 10.8% and dryland pasture erosion <br />is reduced by 42.2%. This satisfies the reclamation success requirement of no additional <br />erosion over pre-mine levels. <br />2). Weed Control <br />Western Fuels has executed the weed control plan as laid out in the DRMS permit. The <br />success of this weed control plan can be seen in the low weed presence documented in the <br />Vegetation Report in Appendix B. Western Fuels will continue to follow the weed control plan <br />from the DRMS permit. <br />3 Structures Left <br />A number of culverts have been installed according to the design and installment <br />specifications listed in the DRMS permit. These culverts are permanent drainage control <br />structure on the site. <br />28
