In terms of meeting the criteria for Phase I and II bond release, <br /> the reclaimed areas at Trapper Mine are acceptable. Problematic areas located within the SL-8 and <br /> SL-9 bond release parcels will continue to be inspected to determine success prior to Phase III <br /> release of the areas. The repaired reclamation areas had no further problems with damage or erosion <br /> at the time of the inspection. <br />
