M-1990-025 Hay Camp Pit partial reclamation release, 2008, Page 4 <br />frequently stands after rainfall and snowmelt, as it soaks into the ground, as is natural for Haycamp <br />Mesa. <br />These areas include some permanent roadways, totaling approximately 3.5 acres. In accordance with <br />the stated desires of the landowner (see attachment to 2001 reclamation release request) these features <br />are left to improve the land's usefulness for livestock grazing, in accordance with its post-reclamation <br />land use as rangeland. Roadways are constructed to county specifications, and will be maintained <br />during continuing mining operations on the site by the County Road Department. <br />Please see the attached photos.
