M-2008-037. A copy of the approval letter is attached, and a hard copy <br />has been sent to you as well. Interested parties who object to the Division's <br />decision may petition for a hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />in accordance with the provisions of Rule 1.4.11. Under 1.4.11(1)(b), the <br />petition for hearing must occur within 30 days of the Division's decision date. <br />Since 30 days from the decision date falls on a Saturday, the Division must <br />receive written petitions for a hearing by the close of business the following <br />Monday, which is September 29, 2008. I have attached the relevant pages <br />from the Hardrock Rules for your information.
