On that note, is there any sort of deadline applicable to filing our financial/performance warranty?
Also, what Colorado State division regulates explosives for the mining industry these days? I have all
of the BATF forms ready to send in to the Feds, but I need to be sure I cover my bases with the State.
Please direct me in the right direction if you know.

Interested parties:
On August 28, 2008, the Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety approved
Venture Resource's 110(2) mining permit application for the Emma Lode, file
no. M-2008-037. A copy of the approval letter is attached, and a hard copy
has been sent to you as well. Interested parties who object to the Division's
decision may petition for a hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board
in accordance with the provisions of Rule 1.4.11. Under 1.4.11(1)(b), the
petition for hearing must occur within 30 days of the Division's decision date.
Since 30 days from the decision date falls on a Saturday, the Division must
receive written petitions for a hearing by the close of business the following
Monday, which is September 29, 2008. I have attached the relevant pages
from the Hardrock Rules for your information. A complete set of the Rules
may be obtained at the DRMS website shown below.
