Hole BSW0702 abandoned with casing below Hole BSW0701 abandoned with casing below
ground surface. No evidence of damage. Site ground surface. No erosional features or
included erosion control waddles to control the damage noted. Erosion control structures in
run-off from the slope. Place due to slope of pad site.
Based on this inspection, it is determined that the exploration holes drilled under NOI 2007-228-00
have been properly abandoned and the drill sites were adequately reclaimed. All reclaimed
exploration drill sites remain stable. The portion of the bond that will remain in place will cover the
amount associated with direct and indirect costs of revegetation of the roads and pads.
