Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made

This was a partial bond release inspection of exploration drill sites for the Grand Valley Book Cliffs
Drilling Program conducted by Jason Musick of the Colorado Division of, Reclamation, Mining, and
Safety (Division) on 07 October 2008. Wendell Koontz of Ark Land Company accompanied the
inspection. The weather was clear and the ground was dry during the inspection.
This inspection was conducted to determine partial bond release on 15 sites drilled and reclaimed in
2007 and 2008 of NOI X-2007-228-00. Boulders to protect reclamation in place and to remain per
landowner request.
Each abandoned exploration drill site was located using the map provided by Ark Land Company in
the final reclamation report. The results of the inspection, including example photographs of a portion
of the 15 holes is provided below.

noted. Holes BSW0801 and BSW0802 drilled of drilling. Vegetation will require further
by helicopter, no surface disturbance. Casing growing seasons to establish. Casing below
below surface. Surface.
