• SC-F-06— Drainage coming out of the shrub clump and moving north displayed minimal topsoil
and vegetation. Reseeding of this area may be required in order to initiate the same growth as
surrounding areas.
• Parcel A-B-98 (5.5ac) SL-10—The western portion of this partial contains a recently disturbed
power cable corridor. This disturbance is approximately 12' wide and 400' long and is on the
far western edge of the reclamation. This area cannot be included with the SL-10 application
as this is new disturbance.
Reclamation Success
SL-08 and SL-09— In terms of meeting the criteria for Phase I and II bond release, the reclaimed
areas at Trapper Mine were acceptable with the exception of the above mentioned maintenance and
repair issues. Reclamation, in terms of backfilling, grading, and revegetation success, was great at
the time of the inspection.
SL-10—The overall condition of the Phase III bond release reclamation was good. The reclamation
areas showed good vegetation cover with no issues of invasive or noxious vegetation within the
parcels. Other than the noted maintenance and repair issues noted above, the reclamation areas had
no major problems with damage or erosion at the time of the inspection.
Based on the inspection, SL-08, SL-09, and SL-10 will require the above referenced repair and
maintenance issue to be address before a proposed decision can be made.
