6.3.6 EXHIBIT F - List of Other Permits and Licenses Required <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />DRMS has not yet received any comments from other agencies that DRMS solicits for <br />comment on new applications at the time of this letter. One agency that you may also <br />want to contact is the Water Quality Control Division of the Colorado Department of <br />Health and Environment to determine whether or not you will be required to obtain <br />stormwater permits for your site. Their contact information is (303) 692-3606 or 692- <br />2000. <br />6.3.7 EXHIBIT G - Source of Legal Right-to-Enter <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.3.8 EXHIBIT H - Municipalities Within a Two-mile Radius <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.3.9 EXHIBIT I - Proof of Filing with County Clerk <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.3.10 EXHIBIT J - Proof of Mailing of Notices to Board of County Commissioners <br />and Soil Conservation District <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.3.12 EXHIBIT L - Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />Permanent man made structures includes any fences, utilities, roads, etc. that are within <br />200' of the proposed permit boundary. It appears that at least CR 44 is within this <br />distance. Please revise this section and the appropriate maps to include all permanent <br />man-made structures and their owners. <br />In accordance with Rule 6.3.12, when mining operations will adversely affect the <br />stability of any significant, valuable and permanent man-made structure located within <br />200 feet of the affected area, the applicant may either: <br />a.) Provide a notarized agreement between the applicant and the person(s) <br />having an interest in the structure, that the applicant is to provide <br />compensation for any damage to the structure; or <br />4
