Rule 6.3.5(2)(c) requires that the Mining Plan Map include outlines and labels of all <br />major surface features to be used in connection with the proposed operation. Please <br />label the permit boundaries on the revised Mining Plan Map. Also, outline and label <br />the berm and swale ditch (see comments under No. 15, Exhibit C). The Mining Plan <br />Map only shows the location of the overburden stockpile, please outline and label the <br />topsoil stockpile (see comments under No. 5, Exhibit C). Finally, please label the <br />intermittent streams that are on either side of the affected areas. <br />20.
